Alaina Riley is an Associate Advisor at Foster Group. In this role, she assists with the delivery and implementation of financial plans and meets client service needs. Prior to joining Foster Group, Alaina ran a residential real estate business. It was in the real estate industry that she found that her passion lies within helping others through some of life’s most significant milestones.

My journey into the financial industry began as a personal challenge and, through God’s guidance, quickly evolved into a career that truly inspires me. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work in residential real estate was having the privilege to walk alongside my clients as they achieved the significant milestone of homeownership. Seeing the positive impact I was able to make on those I served filled my cup and gave me a sense of fulfillment. Helping others reach their goals remains one of my greatest passions.
If the sun is out, you will most likely find me outside! Most of my free time is spent out walking my dog, enjoying quality time with my favorite people on Iowa’s East coast, working out at the gym, enjoying live music, or seeking out a new mountain range to explore. My mom, sister, and I make it a priority to embark on at least one hiking trip each year, and our dogs are always part of the adventure. Some of our favorite destinations thus far include Park City, Utah, Big Sky, Montana, and Asheville, North Carolina. I am always eager to receive new hiking recommendations!
My dad was, without question, my biggest role model. He embodied hard work, humility, and kindness, qualities I strive to live by each day. His faith was central to his life, and he played a pivotal role in shaping my relationship with the Lord. A favorite quote of mine is a simple yet powerful reminder from my dad, “Keep looking up!!!”
